Given the fact that all abstracts will be printed as submitted, all authors are kindly requested to strictly follow the instructions mentioned below:
Abstracts should be sent only in English.
The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
Name, surname, title, institution as well as the
city and the country of origin of all authors should be mentioned. (street,
street no, postal code) is not necessary.
The name of the presenting author should be
mentioned among other authors.
The abstract must be structured as follows:
Introduction, Aim, Material-Method, Results, and Conclusion.
The main text may include necessary tables, charts
and typical abbreviations.
Any changes, additions, or corrections will not be
accepted after submission.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline of 16th September will not be accepted.
The submission must be confirmed by the Organizing
Secretariat with the appropriate "submission confirmation" by email.
Should this confirmation not be received, please contact the Congress
Abstracts with phrases such as "the results will be
discussed" or "the facts will be presented" cannot be accepted.
Abstracts sent by post or email will not be
accepted, only those submitted online through abstractModule online
submission system will be evaluated.
